How long is the lease period?
We can supply vehicle on finance contracts from 12 to 60 months depending on the contract chosen and the vehicle.

What is the initial deposit?

While a minimum one payment upfront is available, typically an initial deposit of 3 monthly payments is required. Larger deposits can be given to reduce the monthly payment.

Can I have my New Vehicle Delivered?
We offer free UK mainland driven delivery. On some occasions we might be able to arrange your vehicle to be transported, please enquire at time of order.

What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the contract?
Any mileage over the contract is charged at the excess mileage rate charged in pence per mile, this will be detailed on your original quote and order form. As an example if the excess was 5 pence per mile then for 1000 miles over contract you would be charged £50.

Do vehicles have a warranty?
Yes, all our vehicles are UK supplied and come with the full UK manufacturers warranty.

What happens at the end of the lease contract?
At the end of the agreement you can either arrange for the vehicle to be collected or you can extend the contract on a month by month basis. Sign up to the same vehicle for six or 12 months and get a discounted rental.

What happens if I want to end the lease early?
We can obtain a termination figure for you.

How does Contract Hire save me money?
Using Contract Hire saves you money as well as providing you with more assurance. Please see below the many ways in which contract hire can save your  business money:

Do I have to go to a special garage to have my vehicles serviced?
Do to the new block exemption rules you can take your vehicle to any VAT registered garage for any servcing that is required, they must use GENUINE manufacturers parts when replacing them. Failure to comply with this may invalidate your warranty. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Can I get my branding on my vehicle?
Yes you can have any sign writing etc on your vehicles. Please ensure that any branding is removed before collection of the vehicle at the end of contract. Failure to do so may result in a charge being incuured.

What are the tax benefits?
A major benefit of using Contract Hire is a reduction in your corporation tax rates through a reduction in the taxable fixed assets that your business has. This is because there are less fixed assets in your business in order to be taxable on. Also, all, or a percentage of, VAT can be claimed back dependant on the funding method chosen.

What is a  Maintenance Contract?
A Maintenace contract offer you peace of mind motoring for a fixed monthly budget. Maintenance is an optional cost and includes all servicing, tyres (fair wear and tear), brakes, exhaust, battery and labour.

What are my options at the end of the contract?
This depends on the type of contract taken but usually you can either hand the car back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle from the finance company.

Is Roadside Assistance included?
Yes, all vehicles include either 12 months or 3 years breakdown recovery, depending on the manufacturer.

Will the contract include Road Fund Licence?
Yes, either for the duration of the contract or 12 months. This will depend the type of contract taken.

Can I change the mileage on the contract?
Where your vehicle is running ahead or behind its predicted mileage, rescheduling the mileage can be agreed on both contract hire and personal contract hire agreements.
