Our Process
Upon receiving your enquiry we will send you, usually by email in an adobe acrobat format, a fully detailed official quote and a Finance Proposal form.
Should you wish to proceed please sign the quote and complete the finance proposal form and either fax (0845 900 5 121) or post back.
Upon receiving these we will attempt to get you cleared for finance, once we have achieved this we will email you over an order confirmation form (this is a more detailed version of the quote but includes colours, delivery details etc) and a credit/debit card authorisation form. This allows us to take a £500 deposit. Without this deposit we are unable to order any vehicle. Please complete these and send them back.
If your deposit is paid with a Credit Card we will charge a 2%fee (this is what we get charged by the banks for this facility).
Prior to the vehicle being delivered we will send you the finance documents for you to sign, please send them back to us along with the balance of the finance deposit (original finance deposit less the £500 deposit already paid).
Once these have been received, and the funds have cleared, we can arrange delivery of your vehicle, usually within a few days.
Upon receiving your vehicle you will be asked to sign a ‘vehicle condition report’. Before signing this please check the vehicle to ensure there is no damage to the vehicle, and everything is there, tax disc, spare wheel & jack, services book etc. If everything is correct then please sign the form. If anything is not correct please ring us immediately and do not sign the form.
